Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a one-night charge. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. Please review our full Terms & Conditions for details.
Yes! We arrange private transfers from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Colombo, or any location in Sri Lanka. Airport pickup is approximately $65 one-way (3.5 hours). Please request at least 48 hours in advance.
Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome. Our Family Suite sleeps up to 5 guests, and we offer special kids' menus, child-safe amenities, and family-friendly experiences. Children under 5 stay free.
